You will craft written content, visuals, and short-form video concepts using Canva and related tools, translating complex information into accessible messages for the business.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in communication, journalism or public relations are essential.
• Experience in internal/corporate communications preferred.
• Strong written communication with clarity and accuracy.
• Ability to advise stakeholders on messaging, priority and timing.
• Comfort working autonomously and escalating as needed.
• Experience translating complex information into engaging messaging.

Responsibilities

• Upload, maintain and refresh intranet content for accuracy and clarity.
• Execute frontline communications across multiple customer channels.
• Create and adapt written, visual and short-form video content using Canva, Shootsa and similar tools.
• Draft internal communications including updates, quick guides, intranet posts, FAQs and leader messages.
• Source, write and edit corporate communications content such as news articles, key messages and scripts.
• Support business with tactical communications requirements and provide recommendations.
