ISS is seeking a Marketing and Internal Communications Lead in Melbourne to join our CBD team. You’ll work across internal comms and external marketing, shaping campaigns, leadership messaging and strengthening digital presence.

You’ll be hands-on creating content, managing digital and social campaigns, and supporting communications that build connection and momentum across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing and communications
• Experience in B2B or facilities environment desirable
• Strong writing and digital content skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Experience across campaigns and projects

Responsibilities

• Marketing campaigns — Develop campaigns aligned to business priorities
• Content creation/management — Oversee website, digital and social content
• Internal communication — Deliver leadership updates and organisational comms
• Case studies — Develop case studies, campaign content and exec messaging
• Bid support — Craft compelling narratives and collateral for bids
