Michael Page Australia seeks a Senior Contracts Advisor to lead sourcing and contracting strategies across a diverse portfolio including mining, maintenance and capital projects. The role requires regular travel to operations and coordination with site and corporate stakeholders, based in Brisbane with FIFO weeks.

You will negotiate high-value contracts, provide expert commercial advice, and drive risk management and commercial governance within the Commercial team.

Formación

• 8–10+ years' experience in contracts, procurement or commercial roles.
• Proven track record leading complex tenders and high-value service or project contracts.
• Strong understanding of commercial risk, contract law principles and contract administration.
• Advanced commercial analysis, cost modelling and negotiation capability.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience preparing executive-level recommendations and approval submissions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of sourcing and contracting strategies across mining and capital projects.
• Negotiate high-value contracts and commercial terms.
• Provide expert commercial and contractual advice to operations and project teams.
• Conduct commercial evaluations, cost modelling and risk assessments.
• Draft, review and negotiate contract agreements and amendments.
• Support contract mobilisation, implementation and ongoing management.
