Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary operational team of 9 direct reports and 40+ staff
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to strengthen governance, operational performance and service delivery outcomes
• Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture through effective people leadership and engagement
• Investigate complex complaints, incidents and non-compliance, implementing corrective actions and process improvements
• Undertake incident management responsibilities and participate in crisis management and emergency response activities
• Build and maintain productive relationships with community groups, internal stakeholders and industry partners to support service improvements
• Champion workplace health and safety with visible leadership and a strong safety culture
• Support employee wellbeing and rehabilitation outcomes through proactive workforce management and collaboration with HR and safety professionals
