Job summary

ACT is seeking an Assistant Director Bus Operations to lead governance and strategic planning for bus services in the ACT. You will oversee high-level coordination, reporting, and improvement initiatives across Transport Canberra and the City and Environment Directorate, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation and change leadership skills, with a focus on delivering customer-focused outcomes and building capability within the team.

• Experience in governance, business coordination and executive support.
