Responsibilities

• Demonstrated high level stakeholder engagement and negotiating with influence.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and manage team objectives.
• Investigative / analysis skills and ability to determine criticality of non-availability of service, providing recommendations for remedial action.
• Manages and prioritises the schedules and communication of senior managers and leadership teams to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
