Optus is seeking a senior leader to drive Knowledge Intelligence that structures and channels operational knowledge for engineers, AI and automation. You will shape the strategy, maturity and governance of knowledge capabilities across network operations, aligning with observability and AI platforms.

You will lead development of runbooks, service models and knowledge graphs, driving adoption and capability development while enabling faster decision-making and improved troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in telecommunications
• Expertise in enterprise knowledge management and AI-enabled operations
• Knowledge of knowledge graphs and ontologies
• Strong understanding of observability and service topology
• Ability to define strategy, standards and roadmaps
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional leadership skills

• Own and drive Knowledge Intelligence strategy, roadmap and maturity journey.
• Lead development of operational knowledge assets across network and service domains.
• Build knowledge graphs and contextual services for faster decision-making.
• Integrate Knowledge Intelligence with observability, AI and automation platforms.
• Establish governance and lifecycle management for knowledge accuracy and security.
• Drive adoption, engagement and capability development across teams.
