BOQ Group is recruiting a Head of Knowledge Intelligence to build and lead a enterprise capability turning knowledge into a strategic asset. You will govern and structure knowledge, ensuring trusted access and scalable AI-powered experiences for better decisions and customer outcomes.

You will direct teams across knowledge management, taxonomy, ontology, retrieval and knowledge adoption, collaborating with technology, risk and business leaders to sustain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-scale knowledge, information, data or AI capabilities.
• Ability to influence across business, technology and risk stakeholders.
• Hands-on and strategic with governance, architecture and emerging AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise knowledge intelligence capability guiding governance, structure, access and trust.
• Shape strategy, operating model and roadmap for AI-enabled knowledge experiences.
• Partner with executives across technology, risk and business to ensure knowledge remains a trusted asset.
• Oversee knowledge management, semantic architecture, retrieval and search, and adoption initiatives.
