Job summary

Liebherr Group is seeking a Learning & Development Lead in Australia to shape the learning strategy and influence organisational performance. You will lead programs supporting employees at every career stage, collaborating with leaders across Australia and New Zealand to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

You will design, implement and evaluate learning initiatives across classroom, digital and blended formats, managing a team of L&D specialists and overseeing early careers

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in Learning & Development
• Tertiary qualification in HR, Education, or Organizational Psychology
• Proven experience leading learning strategy and capability initiatives
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training needs analysis
• Experience designing, implementing and evaluating learning programs
• Experience with LMS, digital platforms and external providers
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the L&D strategy to build capability across the organisation.
• Partner with leaders to identify skills gaps and translate business needs into learning solutions.
• Lead the design, development and continuous improvement of learning programs across classroom, digital and blended environments.
• Manage and develop a team of L&D specialists with coaching and leadership.
• Oversee early careers and apprenticeship programs, ensuring strong outcomes and talent pipeline development.
• Measure learning effectiveness, report outcomes and drive continuous improvement with data and feedback.
