Job summary

ARBEX in Australia is seeking a resilient Key Account Manager to lead strategic sales with major customers in the tissue and hygiene sector. You will manage a portfolio of iconic brands, develop plans, and drive growth across national accounts.

You will build relationships with key influencers, tailor solutions, coordinate with distributors, and deliver customer business reviews. Strong negotiation, planning, and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification is desirable, not mandatory.
• Strong sales background dealing with major customers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with planning ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Key Decision Makers and Influencers at Corporate Level.
• Identify Influencers through all levels and understand KPIs to add value.
• Collaborate with Distributor Management and targeted DSRs to close sales.
• Coordinate state-based Account Managers against national account plans.
• Deliver Customer Business Reviews (3, 6, 12 months) and prepare PPAs.
