Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead technology and business transformation initiatives across the organisation. You will partner with stakeholders, delivery teams and senior leaders to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery with high quality outcomes.

In this role you will manage plans, budgets and governance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive risk mitigation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end projects in complex organisations.
• Previous experience within healthcare and/or government environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong risk, issue, budget and dependency management capability.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, collaborative and outcome-focused approach.
• Relevant project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or Agile are desirable.

• Lead projects from initiation through to successful delivery and closure.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Engage and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and project sponsors.

• Provide clear and regular reporting on project status, milestones and outcomes.

Job Description
