Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Senior Asset Management Analyst to lead IT asset lifecycle activities within an ITIL and ServiceNow framework. You will drive governance, optimize asset costs, and align asset management with IT service management processes.

Responsibilities include CMDB uplift, compliance audits, and collaboration with support teams to ensure accurate asset and configuration data across the organisation.

Qualifications

• ITIL 4 Foundation preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and asset management practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to disposal.
• Maintain and update asset records in ServiceNow and associated asset management systems.
• Manage CMDB items and their attributes, ensuring accuracy and governance.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with policies and external obligations.
• Analyze asset usage, costs, and compliance to provide actionable insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and total cost of ownership analyses for IT assets.
• Collaborate with vendors on procurement, provisioning, and contract alignment.
• Assist Change, Incident and Problem Management with asset-related changes and incidents.
