Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an Account Executive to manage a dedicated corporate portfolio and collaborate with Senior Brokers on diverse accounts. You will be a key contact for clients, designing tailored risk solutions and negotiating effectively within the market.

In this role you will build relationships with corporate clients, manage renewals, assess risk, and work with underwriters to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification is required.
• Strong account management with attention to detail.
• Clear, professional and confident with stakeholders.
• Proactive, helpful and driven to hit team goals.
• Previous experience in a similar insurance or broking role is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with Corporate clients.
• Ownership of a corporate client portfolio (renewals & support).
• Assess risk and design tailored insurance solutions.
• Negotiate with insurers to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Build strong partnerships with underwriters.
• Manage portfolio budgets, business plans and debtors.
• Support new business growth through pipeline development.
