You will be a key contact for clients, designing risk solutions and negotiating effectively in the market. This role requires strong relationship skills, strategic thinking and a service-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management with a focus on client service.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to drive deals to closure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in insurance or broking is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with Corporate clients.
• Own and grow a corporate client portfolio (renewals & support).
• Assess risk and design tailored insurance solutions.
• Negotiate with insurers to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Build strong partnerships with underwriters.
• Manage portfolio budgets, business plans and debtors.
• Support new business growth through pipeline development.

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to manage a dedicated corporate portfolio while collaborating with Senior Brokers on diverse and complex accounts.

In this role, you will be a key point of contact for your clients, designing tailored risk solutions and negotiating effectively within the market.

A Day in the Life

• Manage and develop relationships with Corporate clients
• Ownership of a corporate client portfolio (renewals & support)
• Assess risk and design tailored insurance solutions
• Negotiate with insurers to achieve optimal outcomes
• Build strong partnerships with underwriters
• Manage portfolio budgets, business plans, and debtors
• Support new business growth through pipeline development
