Gallagher is looking for a motivated Account Executive to collaborate with Senior Brokers on diverse and complex accounts. You will be an integral member of a team providing tailored risk solutions and service excellence.

This role offers growth in skills and experience within a high performing team, with a focus on developing relationships with corporate clients and supporting renewal activities.

Qualifications

• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification is required.
• Ideally 18–24 months of experience with Corporate or Mid-market products.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Clear, professional, and confident with stakeholders.
• Practical & service-first approach.
• Proactive, helpful, and driven to hit team goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Corporate clients.
• Provide day-to-day and renewal support on a corporate client portfolio.
• Develop your risk and insurance product knowledge.
• Build strong partnerships with underwriters.
• Support team new business growth.
