Job summary

Infrastructure NSW seeks an Associate Director, Industry Engagement in Sydney for a temporary role up to January 2027. The base salary ranges from $154,231 to $178,369 plus 12% super and leave loading.

You will lead a high-performing team, shape engagement strategies and advise senior leaders on industry sentiment and priorities. Join a role embedded in government relations, policy delivery and complex stakeholder management, with hybrid working arrangements and opportunities to influence NSW

Qualifications

• This role requires tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Experience in developing stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
• Ability to lead change and influence diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an industry engagement team to drive collaboration.
• Develop and deliver industry engagement strategies aligned with priorities.
• Provide trusted advice on stakeholder sentiment and trends.
• Build strong relationships with industry, government and partners.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and issues management and prepare high‑quality briefings.
