Leidos Australia is seeking a Service Continuity Manager to lead the Continual Service Improvement (CSI) function across the service environment. You will drive improvements to service quality, governance, and maturity, collaborating with delivery teams, customers and suppliers to deliver measurable benefits.

Ideally you have 7+ years of ITIL-led experience in regulated environments such as Defence or government, with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a record of building trusted

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience leading Continual Service Improvement in IT Service Management, Governance, or Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL service management practices and metrics analysis.
• Proven ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships and present insights to senior stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Lead the CSI framework across policies, processes, and reporting.
• Drive maturity improvements in Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Configuration management.
• Oversee governance, assurance, and reporting to align with customer outcomes and contracts.
• Identify opportunities with customers and suppliers; facilitate workshops to realise measurable benefits.
• Provide leadership to CSI teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
