Leidos Australia is seeking a proactive Project Manager to deliver complex projects within a dynamic enterprise environment. You will lead a technical and cross-functional team, align delivery with contract obligations, and drive outcomes through effective governance and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires strong people leadership, budget oversight, and collaboration with commercial, finance and leadership teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing complex projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial governance capabilities.
• Clear communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day project delivery, coordinating resources and meetings.
• Guide and support a team of skilled technical members, ensuring alignment with Leidos processes.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and manage expectations on resources and obligations.
• Lead contract management activities including scope, changes, renewals and approvals.
• Deliver financial management and governance activities, including budgeting and reporting.
• Maintain project artefacts such as resource plans and governance materials.
• Identify and escalate risks with actionable mitigation plans.
