Ipswich City Council seeks an ICT Operations Manager to lead 18 ICT professionals across Service Desk, End User Computing, Infrastructure and Cyber Security. You will report to the CIO and shape ICT operations within a fast-growing local government.

You will provide strategic and operational leadership in a hybrid, multi-cloud environment, delivering secure, reliable services and driving continuous improvement.

Formación

• Extensive experience leading ICT Operations across Service Desk, End User Computing, Infrastructure and Cyber Security.
• Proven ability to drive ICT transformation and service improvement in hybrid/cloud environments.
• Strong strategic, operational and people leadership with a track record of building high-performing teams.
