Ipswich City Council is seeking an ICT Operations Manager to lead 18 ICT professionals across Service Desk, End User Computing, Infrastructure and Cyber Security. Reporting to the CIO, the role operates in a hybrid, multi-cloud and XaaS environment to deliver reliable, secure, customer-focused technology services and drive transformation.
