Job summary

City of Ipswich seeks an ICT Operations Manager to lead a team of 18 ICT professionals delivering Service Desk, End User Computing, Infrastructure and Cyber Security across a modern technology landscape.

Reporting to the CIO, this position provides strategic and operational leadership across a hybrid, multi-cloud and XaaS environment, ensuring reliable, secure and customer-focused technology services that enable organisational success, while building capability and driving continuous

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading ICT Operations across Service Desk, End User Computing, Infrastructure and Cyber Security.
• Experience leading ICT transformation and service improvement in hybrid and cloud-enabled environments.
• Strong strategic, operational and people leadership skills with capability-building track record.
• Experience developing trusted stakeholder relationships across a diverse organisation.
• Collaborative, customer-focused approach with commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.
• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field, or equivalent.
