Job summary

Xpt Software Australia Pty invites applications for a Technical Change Analyst to support ICT delivery projects by preparing and implementing change and training artefacts for stakeholders and end users.

The role emphasises adoption through structured change management, training materials and effective communications within the Commercial Applications Section of the Information Management and Technology Division.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as ICT Change Analyst in complex ICT projects.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and applying to ICT delivery.
• Experience in assessing training needs and creating user guides and online courses.
• Ability to prepare communication plans and deliver content on time.
• Experience with identifying benefits and providing evidence-based outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement change and training artefacts for stakeholders and end users.
• Deliver training, communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Follow organisation change management framework and report to PM and program lead.
• Develop discovery packs, stakeholder maps, personas and journeys.
• Contribute to benefits realisation plans with metrics and indicators.
