Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join the ANZ HR team and support Supply Chain and Healthcare during a period of change and EBA activity. This fixed-period role starts December 2026 and ends January 2028, offering a hybrid working environment across Australia and New Zealand.

You will partner with leaders to deliver people solutions, manage employee and industrial relations matters, and contribute to workforce planning and organisational change.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR professional with strong employee and industrial relations experience.
• Experience partnering with leaders across functions to deliver people solutions.
• Ability to balance business needs with employee outcomes and change management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across Supply Chain and Healthcare to deliver practical people solutions.
• Support employee and industrial relations matters, ensuring fair and confident handling of challenges.
• Contribute to upcoming EBA negotiations with leaders, employees and unions.
• Coach leaders to build capability and create positive employee experiences.
• Contribute to workforce planning and organisational change initiatives.
