Job summary

eAspire Technolabs Inc. in Sydney is seeking an experienced HR Partner to partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organisational design and people strategy, and to drive performance, engagement and leadership development.

You will lead strategic change initiatives, manage complex employee relations and IR matters, support EBA negotiations, provide guidance across the employee lifecycle, coach leaders, and leverage people analytics to inform business decisions.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 3+ years in a strategic HRBP / Senior HR Partner role.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
• Hands-on Industrial Relations experience.
• Experience with EBA/Enterprise Bargaining processes.
• Experience handling complex ER matters.
• Experience supporting blue-collar/operational workforces.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership.
• Experience in operational environments (airport, logistics, manufacturing, engineering, automation, transport) is highly relevant.

Responsibilities
