Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our ANZ HR team and support the Supply Chain and Healthcare businesses during a period of organisational change.

This fixed‑term role runs from December 2026 to January 2028 and offers the opportunity to shape workforce planning, employee relations and engagement, while partnering with leaders to deliver practical people solutions and positive outcomes for the business.

We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our ANZ HR team and support our Supply Chain and Healthcare businesses during an exciting period of organisational change, workforce planning and Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) activity. This role is for a fixed period commencing in December 2026 and finishing in January 2028.

From providing guidance on employee and industrial relations matters to supporting talent, engagement and organisational effectiveness, you'll play an important role in shaping positive outcomes for both the business and its people.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

Partner with leaders across our Supply Chain and Healthcare businesses to understand their priorities and deliver practical people solutions.

Support complex employee and industrial relations matters, helping leaders approach challenges fairly, consistently and with confidence.

Play a key role in upcoming Enterprise Bargaining Agreement negotiations, working collaboratively with leaders, employees and union representatives.

Coach and support leaders to build capability, strengthen team effectiveness and create positive employee experiences.

Contribute to workforce planning, organisational change, talent development and engagement initiatives that help the business prepare for the future.

About You

You are an experienced HR professional who enjoys building relationships, partnering with leaders and supporting people through change. You bring strong employee and industrial relations experience, ideally from a manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or similarly operational environment, along with the ability to balance business needs with employee outcomes.

Most importantly, you're someone who values collaboration, communicates effectively, approaches challenges with curiosity and empathy, and enjoys working with others to achieve shared goals.
