Job summary

Vanderlande Australia is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to collaborate with senior leaders and drive people outcomes that enable business success in a dynamic logistics environment.

You will shape workforce strategy, lead organizational change, grow leadership capability, and elevate employee engagement across the Australian business, with a strong focus on Industrial Relations and EBA negotiations.

Qualifications

Bachelor level degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
12+ years HR experience, with senior HRBP exposure.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and workplace relations.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to business goals.
Advise on workforce planning, org design, talent management, and succession planning.
Lead employee engagement, leadership development, diversity and capability-building initiatives.
Drive change programs with stakeholder engagement and change management.
Manage complex employee and industrial relations matters including EBA negotiations.
Coach leaders to enhance leadership capability and build high-performing teams.
Leverage people analytics to support workforce decisions.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
Collaborate with local, regional and global HR teams to improve processes.
