Job summary

BD is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders and employees across ANZ on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. The role emphasizes employee relations, coaching, and driving HR projects within a large, complex organisation.

You will partner with Senior HR Business Partners, handle investigations, performance management and governance, and contribute to continuous improvement in HR processes. A great opportunity to broaden HRBP capability in a global MedTech leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations, performance management and workplace investigations.
• Experience delivering HR projects and process improvements.
• Strong partnering with managers across multiple people matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance across policies, procedures and employment matters.
• Coach leaders through workplace issues and support effective people decisions.
• Lead HR projects focused on wellbeing, policy reviews and process improvement.
• Support HR reporting, workforce analytics and data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate onboarding and Emerging Leaders programs across ANZ.
