Ecolab is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our ANZ HR team and support the Supply Chain and Healthcare businesses during a period of organisational change.

This fixed‑term role runs from December 2026 to January 2028 and offers the opportunity to shape workforce planning, employee relations and engagement, while partnering with leaders to deliver practical people solutions and positive outcomes for the business.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders across Supply Chain and Healthcare to understand priorities and deliver practical people solutions.
• Support complex employee and industrial relations matters with fair, consistent leadership guidance.
• Play a key role in upcoming Enterprise Bargaining Agreement negotiations, working with leaders, employees and union representatives.
• Coach and support leaders to build capability, strengthen team effectiveness and create positive employee experiences.
• Contribute to workforce planning, organisational change, talent development and engagement initiatives.
