Vanderlande is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders and drive people outcomes that enable business success. This role requires strong expertise in Industrial Relations, employee relations, and supporting operational workforces in complex environments.

Qualifications

Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
12+ years HR experience in a senior HRBP role.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and workplace relations.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to business goals.
Provide advice on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and succession planning.
Lead employee engagement, leadership development, diversity, and capability-building initiatives.
Drive change and transformation programs with stakeholder engagement and change management.
Manage complex employee and industrial relations matters, including EBA negotiations.
Coach leaders to enhance leadership capability and build high-performing teams.
Leverage people analytics to support workforce decisions and business outcomes.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, and governance requirements.
Collaborate with local, regional, and global HR teams to improve processes and employee experience.
