Job summary

You will lead key programs in employee relations, leadership capability, and change management, with specific emphasis on Enterprise Bargaining Agreement negotiations and analytics-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years HR experience, including senior HR Business Partner experience.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and workplace relations.
• Proven experience managing Industrial Relations matters and EBA negotiations.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and influencing business outcomes.
• Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience with HR systems and people analytics platforms such as Workday.
