Job summary

people2people is seeking a senior HR Business Partner for a major infrastructure project in Sydney. You will partner with operational leaders, balancing strategic workforce initiatives with hands-on HR support.

Reporting into the Head of People & Culture, you will manage employee relations matters end-to-end and coach leaders through change in a fast-paced environment. Experience in large, complex environments is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory experience.
• Strong employee relations and case management capability.
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Commercial, practical and solutions-focused mindset.
• Experience in large complex environments or infrastructure projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on a broad range of people, performance and workforce matters.
• Manage employee relations cases from initial enquiry through to resolution.
• Coach and influence leaders through complex and sensitive situations.
• Support workforce planning, organisational change and consultation activities.
• Provide guidance on employment legislation, policies and procedures.
• Assist with onboarding, performance reviews, internal mobility and offboarding processes.
• Build strong relationships across sites.
