Job summary

Infrastructure NSW is seeking an experienced Senior People Partner to join our People & Culture team in NSW. This role partners with executives to influence workforce decisions that support organisational outcomes and culture, spanning workforce planning, change management, ER, data insights, HR systems, and leadership support.

You will work directly with senior leaders in a small, collaborative team, delivering both strategic advice and hands-on HR partnering across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR experience across partnering and employee relations.
• Ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Sound judgement, resilience and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
• Experience providing both strategic advice and operational support.
• Knowledge of contemporary HR practices and the NSW public sector employment framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning and organisational change initiatives.
• Provide trusted HR advice to executives on workforce decisions and culture.
• Deliver workforce data and insights to inform leadership.
