Job summary

DTG Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support a dynamic client on a contract basis in Sydney, NSW. The role focuses on business partnering, strategic workforce planning, and leadership development.

You will work closely with leaders to influence outcomes through coaching, ER guidance, and proactive talent management, helping the business transform while maintaining strong HR governance and compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a Senior HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or equivalent role.
• Broad generalist HR capability across employee relations, performance management, organisational development and talent management.
• Proven ability to partner with operational and business leaders to achieve people and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to provide expert HR advice across the employee lifecycle.
• Coach and mentor emerging leaders to build people management capability and confidence.
• Support workforce planning initiatives to meet current and future talent demands.
• Lead succession planning activities to develop internal talent pipelines.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, investigations, and workplace issues.
• Assist leaders in navigating organisational change and workforce challenges.
• Contribute to people-focused initiatives that enhance culture, engagement and performance.
• Ensure HR practices align with employment legislation and company policies.
