Job summary

Toll Group is seeking a proactive HR Business Advisor in West Meadows, Victoria to provide practical HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with leaders, manage onboarding, changes and offboarding, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the employee experience.

The role requires a HR generalist background, strong stakeholder management and knowledge of employment legislation, with a focus on delivering timely, high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline.
• Experience in a broad HR generalist role.
• Demonstrated understanding of employment legislation and employee relations practices.
• Experience supporting organisational change and business improvement initiatives.
• Strong HR administration and data management capability.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice and support to leaders and employees on a range of people matters.
• Coordinate key people processes including performance reviews, talent activities and salary reviews.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, contracts, employee changes and offboarding.
• Support employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations and workplace concerns.
• Analyse workforce data and provide insights that improve employee experience and business outcomes.
• Contribute to HR projects, organisational change initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
