Qualifications

• Approximately 2+ years’ HR administration or generalist experience.
• Working knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and offboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline.
• 3+ years’ HR generalist experience.
• Strong Employee Relations experience.
• Proven ability to independently manage client relationships.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Commerce, Law or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• HR – responsible for day-to-day operational activities, generalist advice, employment relations and partnering with stakeholders to deliver people initiatives projects that support business outcomes.
• Client Satisfaction – deliver exceptional client service by building trusted relationships with key stakeholders. Proactively manage accounts with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations.
• Communication – strong and confident communicator with adaptability in all situations.
