Professional Search Group in Perth is partnering with an established Not-for-Profit Corporation to appoint an HR Business Partner. You will be a trusted partner to department heads across health and community service portfolios, combining advisory work with workforce capability initiatives.

The role demands strong ER/IR expertise, Australian employment law knowledge, and experience in Not-for-Profit or healthcare sectors.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business, or related discipline.
• Senior HR advisory/HRBP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Employee & Industrial Relations matters, including investigations and performance issues.
• Partner with leaders to coach through complex staff matters and improve team capability.
• Support workforce planning, addressing capability gaps, and retention strategies.
• Contribute to policy reviews, HRIS enhancements, and developmental projects.
