Job summary

Easygo Group Holdings is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (12-month FTC) to partner with leadership across Melbourne-based teams. You will shape people strategy, drive workforce planning and org design, and own cyclic HR programs in a fast-growing tech environment.

Ideal candidates bring senior partnering experience, strong data literacy and the ability to coach leaders. You’ll support performance, ER matters and leadership enablement to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• Proven senior partnering experience with business outcomes.
• Ability to coach senior leaders and deliver tough messages while maintaining relationships.
• Data-driven approach to workforce planning and people strategy.
• Experience managing employee relations matters from initiation to resolution.
• Led cyclical people programs (performance cycles, remuneration reviews, planning).
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate workforce insights into business impact.

Responsibilities

• Build deep business context and become a trusted advisor to leaders and teams.
• Co-create data-driven people plans and address organisational design and workforce planning.
• Partner with senior leaders on talent strategy, performance, and leadership capability as the business scales.
• Lead end-to-end investigations and complex ER matters, spotting systemic risks.
