Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Sydney’s Banksmeadow is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. Based onsite, you will advise on the full employee lifecycle, coach managers and drive people initiatives with a focus on governance and compliance.

You will manage complex employee relations, partner with centres of excellence, and lead change programs while maintaining strong commercial judgment.

Qualifications

• General HR professional with broad generalist experience and strong employee relations expertise.
• Experience coaching and influencing leaders across a multi-site workforce.
• Experience engaging with union stakeholders and applying enterprise agreement provisions.
• Knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards and NES.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution and project management skills.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused style with sound commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR support to leaders across a broad client group.
• Lead or support the management of employee and industrial relations matters, including investigations and enterprise bargaining.
• Deliver coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management, employee engagement, development and conduct.
• Manage elements of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, workforce planning and restructure activity.
• Partner with HR centres of excellence to deliver and embed HR programs.
• Contribute to people-related projects, business proposals and change programs.
• Build leadership capability through formal training, informal coaching and policy guidance.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, CEVA policies and relevant industrial instruments.
