Korn Ferry is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Australia and New Zealand HR team. This broad, influential role partners with leaders and employees across consulting, digital, executive search, talent acquisition and corporate functions to deliver people strategies that support growth and employee experience.

As a trusted advisor, you will shape organisational effectiveness, guide complex people matters, contribute to high-performance culture, and align with Korn Ferry's

Qualifications

• Experience in a Human Resources Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation; NZ practices a plus.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and influence at multiple levels.
• Experience guiding employee relations and performance management matters.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to priorities.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance and policy interpretation.
• Coach managers through complex people matters and workforce decisions.
• Deliver talent, succession and workforce planning initiatives.
• Support annual compensation and reward processes.
• Drive engagement, learning and culture initiatives.
• Ensure compliance across Australia and New Zealand.
• Leverage data and insights to inform people-related decisions.
