Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Talent Manager for CEVA Pacific. Based at our Truganina head office, you will lead talent acquisition, learning and development, employer branding, labour hire partnerships and visa sponsorship across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.

This is a hands-on leadership role to develop the Pacific Talent team and align practices with regional and global frameworks. You will partner with senior leaders on workforce priorities, oversee end-to-end recruitment and drive

Qualifications

• Significant experience in talent acquisition or broader talent management.
• Experience leading, coaching or guiding team members.
• Strong ability to partner with senior leaders on recruitment strategies and workforce priorities.
