DP World in Docklands, Melbourne, seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with leaders across Commercial Logistics, Freight Forwarding and Corporate Services in Oceania, delivering trusted HR advice and people initiatives that support performance and engagement.

You will influence workplace culture, develop leaders, manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, advise on policy and employment legislation, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in HR Business Partnering
• Strategic HR advisor to leaders
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment legislation
• Experience across onboarding, performance, development and offboarding
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Organisational resilience with ability to manage competing priorities
• Proactive, solutions-focused with strong reporting and DP World Principles

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with leaders, providing practical HR advice aligned to business priorities
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, performance, development and offboarding
• Advise managers on HR policies and employment legislation; support employee relations and escalate complex issues
• Support performance management and development planning through effective feedback
• Deliver initiatives to strengthen culture, engagement, recognition and internal communication
• Support organisational change and continuous improvement, including HR processes, technology and people reporting
