Qualifications

• Experience as HRBP in fast-paced tech or consulting environments.
• Strong coaching and influencing skills with practical, straight-talking approach.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Australian employment legislation and ER matters.
• Ability to use people data and analytics to surface trends and inform planning.
• Curious and adaptable mindset, comfortable with AI-enabled work environments.
