Job summary

Quantium is seeking a Lead TA Partner, Engineering, to own end-to-end talent acquisition for the Engineering vertical, partnering closely with the CTO and senior tech leaders. You will act as a strategic TA partner and lead a small team of recruiters, shaping hiring strategy and candidate experience.

We operate a structured hybrid model, with three in-office days and the flexibility to work from home on other days.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end tech recruitment across engineering disciplines.
• Strong business partner to senior leaders, with C-level influence.
• Experience leading a recruiting team and coaching others.
• Familiarity with AI tools to streamline hiring while preserving human judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own requisition pipeline across Engineering at all levels.
• Provide market insights and strategic hiring plans to CTO and leaders.
• Build proactive pipelines and drive process improvements.
