Job summary

Quantium is seeking an HR Business Partner in Australia to partner with technical and commercial leaders, addressing complex people challenges and delivering meaningful people initiatives. You’ll champion a high‑performance, inclusive culture and help the business attract and retain talent in a rapidly evolving AI-driven environment.

You’ll work in a collaborative, global context with a structured hybrid model, balancing in-office and remote work while driving people strategy across our Sydney

Qualifications

• Experienced HRBP partnering with technical/commercial leaders in fast-paced, global environments
• Strong coaching and influencing skills with a practical, straight-talking approach
• Up-to-date knowledge of Australian employment law and ER matters
• Comfortable using people data and analytics to surface trends
• Openness to AI and new ways of working

The Superpowers You’ll Be Bringing To The Team

• Experienced HRBP: partnering with technical or commercial leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment such as technology, professional services, FMCG or retail, with the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, multi-geography organisation
• Trusted coach and advisor: Strong coaching and influencing skills with a practical, straight-talking approach and the ability to co-create solutions with leaders at all levels
• ER and compliance knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of Australian employment legislation and its practical application, including experience managing complex investigations and ER matters
• Insight-driven: Comfortable using people data and workforce analytics to surface trends, track initiative impact and inform planning decisions
• Curious and adaptable: An openness to new ways of working, including how AI and technology are reshaping HR practices, and a genuine appetite to keep evolving your approach
