Job summary

Quantium is a global AI and data science leader based in Australia. This Senior, Partnerships role focuses on keeping our partner ecosystem accurate, current, and well-supported, with ownership of portals, invoicing, collateral, and data quality across our partner network.

Based in Sydney, the role is predominantly internal with some partner contact, offering hybrid work and opportunities to shape how we track and optimise partner-led revenue and enablement materials across the business.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and process-driven thinker with a focus on accurate data and records.
• Able to reconcile data across multiple systems and keep portals, CRM, and spreadsheets aligned.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to deliver on commitments without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own partner portal management: register, tag, and maintain deals across portals; monitor status and progression.
• Ensure CRM hygiene by mapping and reconciling partner data to HubSpot and supporting data quality audits.
• Raise and issue funding invoices to partners on won deals; track funding entitlements, rebates, and incentives with finance on invoicing.
• Manage the collateral engine: maintain collateral databases, coordinate enablement materials, version control, and distribute updates.
• Support a data-driven partnerships ecosystem with accurate, current records and timely reporting.
