Quantium is seeking a Lead TA Partner, Engineering in Sydney. You will own end-to-end recruitment for Quantium's Engineering vertical, partnering with the CTO and senior tech leaders, and leading a small team of recruiters to deliver quality hires at pace.

You will design pipelines, enact proactive sourcing, and contribute to employer branding and recruitment process improvements, all within a structured hybrid model.
