Job summary

Quantium is seeking a Lead TA Partner, Engineering to own end-to-end talent acquisition for its Engineering vertical. You will partner closely with the CTO and senior tech leaders, act as a strategic TA partner, and lead a small team of technical recruiters.

We operate a hybrid model with three in-office days and flexibility to work from home on other days. You will drive market intelligence, process excellence, and build proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill roles across engineering.

Qualifications

• Seasoned tech recruiter with end-to-end experience in engineering hiring.
• Proven ability to partner with senior and executive stakeholders (e.g., CTO).
• Experience leading a small recruiting team and coaching candidates and staff.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition for Quantium's Engineering vertical, managing roles at all levels and ensuring quality, pace and candidate experience.
• Partner with the CTO and senior tech leaders to shape hiring strategy with market intelligence and process excellence.
• Build proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
• Lead, coach and develop a small team of technical recruiters.
