TwoScots Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to shape people strategies and drive meaningful business outcomes in a fast-paced Australian environment. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will provide commercially focused advice, cover workforce planning, employee relations, change management and culture initiatives in a hands-on role.

Based in Melbourne with a hybrid work setup (4 days in office, 1 day work-from-home), the successful candidate will partner with leaders across

Formación

• Experience as HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor in fast-paced environments.
• Strong ER experience, including investigations and performance issues.
• Knowledge of WHS, workers compensation, injury management and risk.

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted HR advisor to leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
• Support workforce planning, talent strategy, succession planning and capability development.
• Coach leaders through performance, engagement and organisational change.
• Lead employee relations, investigations and performance management.
• Lead HR projects and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and L&D.
