This is an excellent move for an experienced HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor ready to step into an HRBP role, or an early-career HRBP seeking broader exposure.

Qualifications

• Solid generalist HR experience
• Exposure to employee relations (ER)
• Open to construction/operational environment advantage
• Experience partnering with managers and driving HR initiatives

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers on current and future workforce requirements
• Provide practical HR advice and coaching to managers
• Manage ER and performance matters
• Support managers through annual performance reviews
• Undertake weekly site visits and build relationships with project teams
• Present and facilitate training
• Contribute to broader People & Culture and transformation initiatives
