Job summary

As a Human Resources Advisor at Toll Group, you will join our HR team to provide practical people support, build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to a positive employee experience across the lifecycle. You’ll work closely with leaders and employees, delivering end-to-end HR support while driving continuous improvement initiatives that support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice and support to leaders and employees on a range of people matters.
• Coordinate key people processes including performance reviews, talent activities and salary reviews.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, contracts, employee changes and offboarding.
• Support employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations and workplace concerns.
• Analyse workforce data and provide insights that improve employee experience and business outcomes.
• Contribute to HR projects, organisational change initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
